Surface Preparation Proper prep is key to a long-lasting finish. We: - Remove all debris, oil, and contaminants - Repair cracks, holes, or imperfections with industrial-grade fillers 3. Epoxy Application We apply a two-part epoxy coating in multiple layers: - Primer/Base Coat: Ensures strong adhesion to the concrete - Topcoat (optional but recommended): A clear, UV-resistant layer for added durability and gloss 4. Curing & Final Inspection After application, we allow the epoxy to cure properly—typically 24–72 hours depending on the product and weather. We then perform a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets our quality standards. 5. Aftercare Guidance We’ll provide tips on how to maintain your new floor, including cleaning recommendations and when it’s safe to walk or drive on the surface.
